Background & Training
My passion is helping others
A Personal Note
Outside of therapy, I believe in the importance of balance—finding time to recharge and connect with the things that bring joy. My hope is to help you do the same: discover what lights you up, build meaningful relationships, and find peace within yourself.
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey toward growth, healing, and self-discovery.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others, which led me to pursue a career in mental health counseling.
My educational and professional background includes:
- Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Winona State University
- Certification in Addictions Counseling, Winona State University
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse
- Licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) in Wisconsin
- Training: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, and EFT
This combination of education, training, and hands-on experience allows me to offer a comprehensive approach to therapy that is both effective and compassionate.
